RESUME BANK EMPLOYER TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

The Resume Bank is intended to assist job seekers in connecting with local employers. The Resume Bank is available only to job seekers who are NIEFS' clients currently or have been in the last 90 days. These are clients who are job searching and have met with a NIEFS Advisor to have their resume and attachments reviewed and placed on NIEFS' free Resume Bank. Employers must agree to the following "Terms of Use" prior to using NIEFS Resume Bank service:

  1. I will use NIEFS Resume Bank solely for job recruitment purposes.
  2. I confirm that all job opportunities are legal, meet minimum standards as set out by the Employment Standards Act, and that I have the ability to offer employment to job seekers.
  3. I will maintain the confidentiality of my password and will notify NIEFS if I become aware of any unauthorized use of my password. I will also notify NIEFS if a third party has registered an account using my name or if any information I have submitted in my Employer Account has been modified without my consent.
  4. I understand that NIEFS is not and cannot be involved in or held accountable for any actual transactions between employers and job seekers. As a result, I understand that there may be risks associated with using the Resume Bank. I have been informed of these risks, ways to minimize these risks and I accept those risks.
  5. I agree to indemnify and save harmless NIEFS and staff from and against all claims alleging loss, costs, expenses, damages or injuries, of whatever nature and kind, and including claims for intellectual property rights infringement, arising out of my use of the Resume Bank service.
  6. I understand that NIEFS reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time. My continued use of the Resume Bank after any changes to the Terms of Use means that I accept those changes.
  7. I agree that NIEFS may, in its sole discretion, at any time, terminate my access to this service and any account I may have in connection with this site.
